Karen has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2004. She has worked in a family chiropractic clinic and a home based community clinic serving a wide range of clients from youth to elderly, from athletes to those suffering with chronic pain, short term injuries or the lasting effects of stress on the body. Treatments consist of an appropriate combination of trigger point therapy, friction therapy, myofascial release, and other advanced techniques within the context of Swedish massage while pressure is based on client need and comfort.
